Start with the problem, not the marketing channel
A quiet inbox does not tell you which part of your marketing needs attention. An advert might reach the wrong people. A useful message might lead to an unclear offer. A promising enquiry might be lost because nobody follows it up.
Look at the whole journey
Start with the person you want to help. What problem are they trying to solve? What would make them trust you? Then follow their path from first discovering your business to making an enquiry and becoming a customer.
Look for the places where that journey stops. Do people understand what you offer? Can they find the next step? Do enquiries receive a useful response?
Separate activity from progress
Publishing regularly is an activity. Reaching people who need your service is progress. Tracking both helps you see whether your effort is moving your business forward.
Choose a small set of measures that connect to the outcome you need: suitable enquiries, conversations, proposals and customers. A channel with fewer clicks may still bring more of the right business.
Decide what to fix first
Write down the gaps you can see. Prioritise the ones closest to a useful business outcome, then make a change you can measure. You do not need to replace every tactic at once.
