What to bring to a marketing conversation
You do not need a polished presentation to have a useful conversation about your marketing. Start with what your business does, who it helps and the result you want to improve.
Your current activity
Make a short list of the marketing you already do: your website, advertising, social media, email, referrals and any other ways customers find you. Include who looks after each part and what you are trying to achieve.
The results you can see
Bring the information you already have. That could be enquiries, sales, website visits or feedback from customers. If you do not know where your leads come from, say so. That uncertainty is a useful starting point.
What feels frustrating
Perhaps you are spending more without seeing more enquiries. Perhaps different suppliers are working separately. Or perhaps the team is busy and there is no time to step back.
Be specific about where you feel stuck and what you have already tried. This helps focus the conversation on the decisions that matter to you.
What happens next
The first conversation is about understanding your business and whether Rumko is the right fit. If a full Health Check makes sense, the scope can be agreed around your business.
